How to unsubscribe contact manually?

Please follow the below steps in order to unsubscribe the contact manually.

  1. Navigate to the contacts page.
  2. Search for the particular contact.
  3. Hover your cursor below Status and you will see a + icon which you can click and that recipient will be unsubscribed from your email campaigns.

Note: Unsubscribed contacts will not receive any further emails from Email Campaign sent by you or your team. If you manually unsubscribe any contact by following the above method, you can resubscribe them in the future if you wish.
