How to reconnect my SalesHandy account?

Your account may get disconnected from SalesHandy web-app due to any of the below reasons:

1. Due to password changed. i.e if you change your email accounts password (eg. change in Gmail or outlooks password), your email account will get disconnected from your SalesHandy account.

2. Its seen that many times due to various security reasons, your email service provider keeps on changing the auth token on a regular basis. (Its seen that if you have connected your account with multiple services, this happens a little bit more frequently). This may lead to disconnection of your email address from your SalesHandy account.

No problem, you can follow the below steps to reconnect it:

  1. Go to Settings > Email Accounts in the web-app.
  2. Hover your cursor over the Email account, you want to reconnect.
  3. Click on the link icon (connect) beside the pencil icon (edit).
  4. Provide the required access and your account is all set.
