How to connect Microsoft Account with SalesHandy?

SalesHandy provides you with a feature to integrate an email account via the SMTP method, and you need to have correct SMTP settings to establish the connection. But, if your Email Service provider is Gmail/Google or Microsoft Office, you can connect your email account directly via the native/direct integration. 

Let's check how to connect a Microsoft email account in SalesHandy.

  • Log into your SalesHandy account and navigate to the 'Email Accounts' page under the 'Settings' tab.
  • Click on the 'Connect Email Account' option, as shown in the below screenshot.

  • Select Microsoft Account.

  • You will be redirected to the login page where you need to log in with your Microsoft account credentials.

That's it. You have successfully connected your Microsoft account to SalesHandy.

What’s Next? 

Go to the Email campaign tab and start the campaign with your newly connected Microsoft account and feel the experience.

Note: You can connect a new email account only if you have additional Email Account seats available in your account. If you do not have extra seats, get new seats, and then connect to the new Microsoft account.
