How to remove recipients from an email campaign?

In order to remove recipients from the email campaign, the campaign must be in paused status or in scheduled status.

  • Click on the particular campaign from Email Campaign.
  • Under Action column, you will see the delete icon, click the delete icon next to the email address that you want to remove.

The recipient will be removed from the list and all upcoming stages in that particular campaign.
