Why my link tracking is not working?

With SalesHandy link tracking feature, every time when the links within your email messages are clicked/opened by the recipient, you will get a notification in your browser. To know more about Link Tracking please check  What is link tracking?

If in case, link tracking is not working in your SalesHandy account, then check the following:

  • Make sure to add a hyperlink over the link in your email.
  • Check if your Link Tracking option is switched on.
    • Login to your web-app and click on My Profile.
    • Under General Preferences section, turn on Always track links.
  • Make sure you do not copy the tracking link (or hyperlink) from another email. On doing this there will be multiple tracking links in the message resulting in failure.
