What should I do if Outlook disables SalesHandy add-in?

Sometimes, your Outlook may disable the SalesHandy add-in due to several reasons. If SalesHandy's Outlook plugin is disabled by your Outlook, you can re-enable it by following the steps mentioned below.

  • Open Outlook and click the File option top left corner.
  • Click the Manage COM Add-Ins option.
  • Find SalesHandy and click "Always enable this add-in" to re-enable the SalesHandy plugin.

NOTE: These steps are applicable only if your Outlook disables our Outlook plugin. Sometimes, our plugin is not even detected by Outlook. In that case, you may not SalesHandy under Disabled COM Add-ins. You should follow this article if our Outlook plugin is not visible anywhere in Outlook and not available under Disabled Add-ins either.
