SalesHandy offers analytics that provides an insight into your team member's email activities. Through Email Reports, you can get to know the engagement levels of the recipients who have been reached out by your team member. Helping you find effective best practices that you can scale to improve the overall performance of the team.

Team email reporting provides account Admins with data like the total number of emails tracked, the total number of email opens, open rate, the total number of replies received, reply rate, the total number of link clicks, and link click rate of each team member respectively.

Only the Team Admin has access to this reporting. Team members won't have this option the web app.

This feature is only available under our Plus and Enterprise plans.
