You can get full refund(minus transaction cost) if you claim it within 10 days of purchase.

Only under certain conditions a refund can be initiated after exceeding the 10 days limit.

  • Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on incompatibility with some third-party software.
