SalesHandy Outlook Add-in uses Microsoft Internet Explorer as browser component to open the Template and Documents select window.

If Template and Document button click doesn't work for you then, please update Internet Explorer to Latest Version by visiting Microsoft Website or following links:

Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 -

Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 8.1 -

After updating Internet Explorer, restart Outlook and re-try to open SalesHandy template or document.
