I got mail merge campaign error email 'Campaign Paused'. How do I fix it?

SalesHandy application made improvements in Mail Merge Campaign feature so that your recipients surely get an email and if there's delay which requires your action - you're prompted immediately.

SalesHandy application will pause the campaign and you'll receive an email with the reason why it paused the email.
 
There could be any of following reason:
 
1) Your Gmail account has been disconnected
 
Possible reasons for this error: 
You might have disconnected (revoked) your Gmail account from profile section. In this case, you will need to reconnect your account from the profile page.
 
What actions are required from you? 
i) Login to your SalesHandy account and go to profile page
ii) Connect your account using "Sign in with Google" button
iii) Resume the affected (paused) campaigns
 
2) Your SMTP account is not connected
 
Possible reasons for this error: 
You might have connected / re-connected your SMTP account with invalid details. In this case, you will see "SMTP is not set with your account" error in SMTP account settings.
 
What actions are required from you? 
i) Login to your SalesHandy account and go to SMTP account settings
ii) Re-connect your SMTP account with valid credentials (Make sure your get success message for connection)
iii) Resume the affected (paused) campaigns
 
3) Error in connecting your Gmail account
 
Possible reasons for this error: 
i) Credentials for the account are changed
ii) Permission for SalesHandy App to access Gmail account has been revoked
 
What actions are required from you? 
i) Login to your SalesHandy account and go to profile page
ii) If you are already connected, then click on "Revoke" link to disconnect account
ii) Connect your account using "Sign in with Google" button
iii) Resume the affected (paused) campaigns
 
4) Error in connecting your SMTP account
 
Possible reasons for this error: 
i) SMTP connection credentials changed
ii) Connection time-out while sending email
iii) Mail server was not reachable while sending email
 
What actions are required from you? 
i) Login to your SalesHandy account and go to SMTP account settings
ii) Re-connect your SMTP account with valid credentials (Make sure your get success message for connection)
iii) Resume the affected (paused) campaigns
 
What will happen to Paused Campaigns?
 
When you resume the paused campaign, our system will re-schedule the recipient's list (which are pending to be sent) with the interval set while creating the campaign.
If in the worst case, it affects your next stage(s) date, then it will also prompt you the stage dates which will be re-scheduled. With this, once resumed, you can re-adjust the stage timing later and re-schedule it with the desired date.
