How to remove recipients from email campaign?
In order to remove recipients from the email campaign, the campaign must be in paused status or in scheduled status. When any of your recipients will unsubscribe from email header then you will get an email from Gmail regarding the unsubscribed user's details. Can I edit campaign after it is scheduled?
Yes, you can edit campaign till the campaign is in "Scheduled" Status. You can edit the content and modify the settings till your Stage 1 is in Scheduled. The moment Stage 1 is queued (i.e campaign has passed the "Scheduled" status), you won't be able to alter settings of a campaign. However you can edit the content (i.e. subject and body of follow-up emails) of the subsequent stage before they are triggered but the settings froze in stage 1 can't be altered.
How to export report from Email campaign?
In order to export report: Go to Email campaign Now, click on the particular stage of the campaign, for which you want to export the reports. On the right side in middle of the page you will find an option to export data.
How many auto followup stages I can add to an email campaign?
To increase the conversation rate, auto follow-up is very important feature with email campaign. You can add up to 9 auto followup stages with SalesHandy Email campaign. To add stages you need to hit the “+” sign at the bottom of each stage to add more stages. Note: Only SalesHandy Plus & Enterprise plan users have the privilege to access auto followup feature with mail merge campaign.
