You can get full refund(minus transaction cost) if you claim it within 10 days of purchase.

Only under certain conditions a refund can be initiated after exceeding the 10 days limit.

Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on incompatibility with some third-party software.
