If you are not getting read receipt notification there might be certain factors: 

If the plugin doesn’t installed or activated properly then you need to remove and re-install the plugin.
Sometimes, it happens if the recipient has disabled their images as this won’t allow tracking pixel to load. Hence, you won’t be able to notify or confirm the read receipt.
Make sure that you send the emails from the account that is integrated with the SalesHandy app.
