SalesHandy has launched the latest Outlook plugin with that, we have released the exciting multiple users accounts management and manually login features along with the minor Issues fixes.

New updates:

User can log in by manually typing the user name & password in Outlook plugin.
User can send and track emails from connected sending methods (connected email accounts in the web app)even if the registered and connected email accounts are different in SalesHandy.
Preferences for Outlook will be stored locally and that will be same for all logged in accounts in Outlook.

Now the multiple accounts & team owners have the freedom to send tracked emails from multiple SalesHandy accounts. Here is the quick tour of how to use that feature.

Log in to your Outlook plugin using your SalesHandy account credentials. User can log in & add multiple SalesHandy accounts in Outlook from the SH Login > Add New Account > Enter your Username & Password.

User can set the different preference for different SH account from the SH Login > Preferences > Select the SH account from the drop-down menu > Set preference > Save.

Now when you need to send email from the multiple SalesHandy accounts, Then create a new email, and you will get the drop down option to select the SalesHandy account from which you wish to send a tracked emails. Apart from that, you can set default SalesHandy account from the preferences as well.
( Note: tracked email sent entries will be displayed in particular selected SalesHandy accounts' feeds.)

Based on this feature's usefulness, it can create some confusion among the users who wish to manage multiple accounts from Outlook. Here is a simple example to understand the rules.

Say, We have set of email accounts configured in Outlook.

Outlook Accounts (Configured accounts in outlook):,,,,

Web app accounts:

User 1 : (UA), (EA)
User 2 : (UA), (EA)
User 3 : (UA), (EA)

UA: SalesHandy user account
EA: Email Account connected under the SalesHandy account (Sending method).

Here are different scenarios:

ex 1.
- User login from And set active SH account as, He can send email from or Those mail entry only goes into SalesHandy account.

- If a user sends email from which is account sending method which is connected in as well, and user account also exist. In that case, which accounts user choose as active from email compose window, email entries should be displayed in that SalesHandy account.

ex 2.
If a user sends email from (which is not connected in an active account) and the active SH account is then it will give error sending method not found.

ex 3.
If User sends mail from and the active SH account is then it will give error sending method not found.
