Domain block list is the list of domains which is used to filter the email address belonging to that particular domain.

For example: If you have added "xyz.com" domain in the block list. Whenever you send an email campaign which consist the email address such as dhruv@xyz.com or john@xyz.com those email will be automatically filtered out from the campaign and email to those email addresses want be delivered. 

Adding the email in the block list will effect your mail merge campaign as below:

  • Modification to the domain block-list will affect scheduled campaigns of your team members.
  • The domain block-list will work only for the campaign (and stages) which are in Scheduled status. Once a campaign is taken out of Scheduled status to Queued / In Progress / Paused status, it won't consider the block-list of domains. In such cases, we request to manually remove the recipients from the campaign (or stage).
