What is team email reporting?

SalesHandy allows us to check the performance of individual team members and their email activities.

Email Reports consist of all the tracking data of 1:1 emails (Individual emails sent through plugins). This data offers all the insights about email tracking which can be used to make data-driven decisions.

Here is what exactly team reports provide:

It provides  account admins with data of the total number of emails tracked, emails opened, replies received and links clicked. It also provides us with open rates, reply rates, and links click rates of each team member separately.

To get these team reports, do the following:

  • Log into your SalesHandy account and navigate to the Email Reports tab. It will show you the complete email analytics of your team as shown in the below image.
  • You can see this data for any date range. You can change the date range as per your need. Two filters on the left side allow you to see data of a particular team member in a particular date range.

Note: Only the team admin has access to these reports and this data doesn't include the emails sent through email campaigns but it consists of only individual emails' analytics.
