What is 10-days refund policy of SalesHandy?

SalesHandy is SaaS-based app (Software as a Service with prepaid subscription) and we offer a 10-day refund guarantee!

Refund policies for new subscriptions:

  • Users with a fresh subscription can claim a complete refund within ten days of payment.
  • Transaction cost will be non-refundable.

* When you subscribe to a plan, it will be auto-renewed once the tenure of the plan is over. If you are planning to end your subscription, make sure you cancel it before the payment due date.

Refund Policies for subscription renewals:

  • We won’t be able to provide a refund, in case a user gets charged for auto-renewal of their subscription. For your convenience, our system will send an email reminder two days before the auto-renewal date.
  • In case the user wants to unsubscribe in between the tenure of the subscription, we won’t be able to provide refunds for the unused remainder of their term when they cancel their account.
  • Vague reason like the app is not up to the mark or it is not as productive as I thought it would be cannot be considered as a valid reason for providing refunds.
  • Deleting an email account won't lead to cancellation of your subscription. We would suggest you inform the support team and confirm the cancellation of the subscription.
  • In case the admin deletes a user account from the team, the subscription will automatically downgrade in the next billing.

Refund Policies against Lost Cards or Fraudulent payments:

  • SalesHandy is not responsible for any cases of Fraudulent payments due to lost cards, identity theft, etc. Such cases will be subjected to a 1:1 review. Fraudulent cases where a transaction was made and our services were used will not be refunded.

Note:

  • In case, the user wants to cancel the subscription and do not want to pay for the next recurring invoice, we recommend users to cancel their subscription before the end of the existing subscription duration.
  • Email Verification service provided in the SalesHandy web app is managed by a 3rd party application, and no refunds will be provided against Email Verification credits.
  • The refund, once approved and initiated, will reach to you within 10 working days and you will receive the refund receipt via email.
