What is send in the same thread and how does it work?

When you enable send in the same thread option while scheduling any campaign, all your follow-up emails will be sent as a reply to the previous emails with the same subject as Stage 1 in the same email thread/conversation. 

Option to select send in the same thread will be visible below your connected email account when you create an email campaign as shown in the below image.

Note - Once you choose to enable/disable send in the same thread and schedule the campaign, you will not be able to change that so choose that option accordingly.
