What is Send as Reply and how does it work?

When you enable Send as Reply option while scheduling any campaign, all your follow-up emails will be sent as a reply to the previous emails with the same subject as Stage 1 in the same email thread/conversation. 

Option to select Send as Reply will be visible below your connected email account when you create an email campaign as shown in the below image.

Note - Once you choose to enable/disable Send as Reply and schedule the campaign, you will not be able to change that so choose that option accordingly.
