How to update / change the time of scheduled emails?

SalesHandy allows you to edit your scheduled emails according to your choice before the emails are sent. You can change the date and time of the scheduled emails from 2 platforms:

  • Gmail
  • Web-app

1. Let's check how to reschedule an email from Gmail

  • Login to your Gmail and click on Draft. (All your scheduled emails are saved in the draft folder of your Gmail).
  • Click on the desired scheduled email you want to reschedule.

  • Click on Reschedule button present at the bottom of your compose box.
  • Change the date and time according to your convenience.
  • Click on Schedule to confirm.

  • You can hover over the Reschedule icon to know the date and time you have scheduled.

2. Follow the steps below to reschedule an email from SalesHandy web-app

  • Login to your SalesHandy web-app and click on the Email tab.
  • Hover over the desired scheduled email and click on the edit button (pencil icon) beside it.

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the compose box and you will find the scheduled date and time.
  • Change the date and time according to your convenience.
  • Click on Send Later to confirm.

  • You will receive the success message at the button of the screen.

3. Outlook users can click on the Schedule email button in the SalesHandy ribbon and it gets redirected to the SalesHandy web-app.
