While SalesHandy used to provide additional information about recipients like location, device, and browser when recipients opened the emails or clicked the links, we stopped sharing this information after March 2020.

We believe this piece of information is very crucial and it can be used by attackers and hackers against the person. We need to respect the privacy of everyone whether they are our users or not and therefore, we are not sharing this information with anyone after March 2020.
