Why I am unable to upload my CSV file?

While uploading a recipient list in CSV format, it is suggested to keep certain things in mind to avoid errors. Check the following reasons below which provides an error in uploading the CSV file.

  • SalesHandy allows CSV file in UTF-8 format. So while saving a file in CSV format, please note to choose the CSV UTF-8 format. Check the image below for a better understanding.

  • Do not add a space before any data in the CSV file. If the CSV file contains space before any attribute, it restricts SalesHandy from extracting actual data which leads to an error.
  • Do not keep any cell vacant in the CSV. It might give an error.
