Why I am not getting an Email Verification Link?
The email verification technique is done by SalesHandy to authenticate the user and decrease the spam rate. When the users sign up for the very first time, the users receive a verification link in their email account. Clicking on the verification link activates their account.
If in case the user does not receive an email verification link in their email account, please follow the steps below.
1. Request to resend the verification link.
- After filling in your details (Name, Email Id and Password), you get a message as VERIFICATION LINK SENT as shown in the image below.
- Click on the Click Here button to resend the Verification Email.
- You will receive an email with a verification link. Click on Confirm Your Email as shown in the image below.
If you have skipped the step and you have moved to the Dashboard, you can get the email verification link by following the steps below
- Click on the Email tab in the web-app.
- You will get a message stating YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOT VERIFIED. Click on the link to request an email verification link as shown in the image below.
