How to reconnect my SalesHandy account in SMTP method?
Due to specific reasons like changing your password or any security reasons, your email account might get disconnected from Saleshandy. Follow the steps given below to reconnect your email account with SalesHandy account:
- Go to Settings > Email Accounts in the Saleshandy web-app.
- Hover your cursor over the Email account, you want to reconnect.
- Click on the edit button (pencil icon) beside the email account.
- Click on Advanced options and add the email account settings.
- Hit Save.
Voila! Now your account is connected to SalesHandy.
