How do I connect/integrate my CRM with SalesHandy account?

With Saleshandy you can connect to any CRM for managing your customer records in a more appropriate manner. Just follow the steps given below to connect your CRM with SalesHandy.

  • Login to the SalesHandy web-app and click on My Profile.
  • In the General preferences section, add your CRM ID in the BCC section as shown in the image below. 
  • On adding the CRM ID, it gets auto-saved in your SalesHandy account.

Voila! Now your CRM is connected to your SalesHandy web-app.

Note:

  • You can get your CRM ID in the Account Settings of your CRM.
  • Although direct integration with any particular CRM is in our developer's pipeline, still you can connect any CRM with SalesHandy by adding your CRM ID in the BCC section.
