How to upgrade or downgrade your SalesHandy plan?

SalesHandy is an email productivity tool used by people globally to boost their email reach and generate revenue. Accordingly, SalesHandy provides different pricing for different types of usage and flexibility in the app to automatically upgrade or downgrade the plan according to the user need.

Let's go through the process of how we can automatically upgrade and downgrade our account.

1. Upgrading the account:

  • Sign in to the SalesHandy web-app and click on Settings >> Billing.
  • Click on Upgrade Current Plan button as shown in the image below.

  • Choose the plan you want to opt for and complete your payment process.

Voila! your plan is upgraded.

2. Downgrading the account:

  • Sign in to the SalesHandy web-app and click on Settings >> Billing.
  • Click on Options button followed by Downgrade Plan.

  • Choose the plan according to your usage.
  • Your account will be downgraded, and your credit balance will be updated accordingly.
  • You can see your credit balance in the billing page itself as shown in the image below.

Note: Paypal users need to contact our Support team at support@saleshandy.com to upgrade or downgrade their account.
