How to manage the date and time of your campaign?

Although Email campaign gives us high productivity with emails, it also consumes a lot of time in completion. So, we need to manage the dates and time accordingly for performing a campaign properly. Many of us do not wish to send emails on weekends.

So, We suggest you schedule the campaign date and time accordingly.

When a campaign moves to Queued stage, we can see the exact scheduled time for each receiver to receive the email. The time beside the last recipient shows when the campaign stage will move to the Finished stage. 

Note: The scheduled stage for the next follow starts after the previous stage moves to the Finished stage.

If in case, we have already started the campaign and the emails are getting scheduled on the day and time we do not wish to send, then we can pause it.

Follow the steps to Pause a campaign:

  • Login to the SalesHandy web-app and click on Email Campaign.
  • Click on the campaign you want to pause.
  • Click on the Pause button present at the top right corner.

Resume the campaign again according to your convenience. 

Follow the steps to Resume your campaign:

  • Login to the SalesHandy web-app and click on Email Campaign.
  • Click on the campaign you want to resume.
  • Click on the Resume button present at the top right corner.

Note:
When we resume a paused campaign, the emails get posted after the same amount of time, that is scheduled in the campaign by the user.
For e.g.: If a followup stage is scheduled to be sent after 1 day and is in Paused status, then the emails will be posted after 1 day of resuming the same.

So now we can calculate and manage your campaigns accordingly.
