I cannot login into the SalesHandy Outlook plugin.

Our team is continuously working for increasing the email productivity of our users. In case you can not log in into the SalesHandy Outlook plugin, please check any of the below-described scenarios:

1. Your trial period might have expired.

If your 14 days free trial gets over, you won't be able to login to the SalesHandy plugin in Outlook. You need to subscribe to any of our plans to continue our services.

2. Wrong installation path.

Sometimes, during installation, the plugin takes a wrong installation path by default. So it is advised to uninstall the plugin and reinstall using the correct installation path given in the image.

3. If SalesHandy plugin pop-up is not responding.

Sometimes, due to any compatibility issues, the SalesHandy plug-in pop-up in Outlook might not respond.
In this case, it is suggested to wait for some minutes and try again.
