Why can't I send a follow-up with 'Not Replied' condition?

When you try to send follow-up emails to your recipients using the Email Campaign feature (Available within SalesHandy web-app) or using the Email Sequence feature (Available for G-suite users only via Gmail plug-in), you’ll be given the option of three follow-up conditions to choose from. The options are:

  1. Not Opened
  2. Not Replied
  3. Regardless 

The Not Opened condition indicates that the follow-up would be sent to only those recipients who didn’t open your email yet.

The Not Replied condition indicates that the follow-up would be sent to only those recipients who may have opened your email but didn't reply. 

The Regardless condition indicates that the follow-up would be sent to all of your recipients whether they’ve opened/replied to your email or not.

In the second place, We provide three methods to connect your Email Account within the SalesHandy web app as shown in the screenshot below:

You’ll be able to use all the three conditions if you’ve connected your account via a Google account (Gmail and G Suite) or Microsoft account (Outlook, Office 365 & Exchange).

However, If you have got an Email service provider other than Google or Microsoft, then you need to connect your account via the SMTP method where you won’t be able to use the 'Not Replied' condition to send follow-up emails to your recipients. In this case, you would be able to use only 2 follow-up conditions i.e. Not opened and Regardless.
