Why am I not getting a read receipt notifications on Email Opening?

With SalesHandy, you can get real-time read receipts notifications, when your recipient opens the email. 

In case you are not getting one, there might be any of the following reasons:

  1. SalesHandy plugin has not been installed or activated properly. In this case, you need to remove and re-install the plugin.
  2. The recipients have disabled the images in their email settings. This won’t allow the tracking pixel to load. In this case, SalesHandy won’t be able to notify or confirm you with the read receipt.
  3. You are mistakenly sending emails from another account. Make sure you send the emails from the account that is integrated with SalesHandy.
