How is Email Sequence different from Email Campaign?

Email Sequence: 
Email Sequence is used to send a series of Emails along with scheduled auto follow-ups with conditions to a particular user. It is available only for Gmail users.

Email Campaign:
Email Campaign is used to send a series of Emails along with scheduled auto follow-ups with conditions to a list of users. It is available for all Email users.

Note: In both Email Sequence and Email Campaign, you can send emails up to 10 stages.
