What browsers & operating systems are supported by SalesHandy?

SalesHandy offers Gmail extension & Outlook add-in for individual email tracking, and SalesHandy web-app can be used to send email campaigns. 

For Gmail extension:

• SalesHandy's Gmail extension is available on the Chrome Web store and can be used in Chrome browser (desktop-based) regardless of the operating system.
• You can click here to know how to activate our Gmail plugin in Chrome browser to use with your Gmail account.

For Outlook add-in:

The latest release of the SalesHandy Outlook plugin can be integrated on:

• Windows 10 - Office 10
• Windows 10 - Office 13
• Windows 10 - Office 16
• Windows 10 - Office 365
• Windows 8.1 - Office 16
• Windows 8.1 - Office 13
• Windows 8.1 - Office 10
• Windows 8.1 - Office 365
• Windows 7 - Office 10
• Windows 7 - Office 13
• Windows 7 - Office 16
• Windows 7 - Office 365

NOTE: Currently, SalesHandy doesn't offer any Outlook add-in for Mac users. It might be available in the future, and we will update the details as soon as it's rolled out.

For Web-app:

• Users who wish to use our email campaign feature can access our web app by clicking https://app.saleshandy.com/login.
• Although our web app can be used on most browsers, it's best supported on Google Chrome and Firefox browsers, and therefore we suggest our users use either of them to experience the best performance. While using our web app on a different browser, you may experience some troubles or notice discrepancies.
