What should I do if Outlook plugin is not visible in Outlook even after successful installation?

Here are the steps to enable a plugin on Outlook in case it is not visible after installation:

While in Outlook:

  1. First, identify which Outlook version you are using. (32 bit or 64 bit)
  2. In Outlook, go to File > Help. The version may also be listed under Help > About Outlook
    If you want more information on your Outlook version, head here.
  3. Click File > Options > Add-ins
  4. Next to Manage: Com Add-ins Items click Go.
  5. Click Add. It will open the window to add the plugin. Here you have to go to the Installation directory. (Default is %localappdata%\SalesHandy > C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Local\SalesHandy).

Here you have to choose appropriate DLL if your outlook is 32 bit then select adxloader.dll and if it is 64 bit then select adxloader64.dll and click Open.

    6. It will be now visible into Com Add-ins list. Verify in the list and click OK.
