How do I get desktop notification

Please follow these instructions as per your account and plugin if you are not getting the desktop notifications:

For Gmail Plugin

1. Open your Gmail page.
2. Click on the SH icon next to Feeds.
3. Enable Show notification. 

For Outlook:

1. Open your Outlook.
2. Click on the SH login icon.
3. Click on Preferences.
4. Please make sure that Outlook notification is checked and save it.

If you're still not getting browser notifications for the emails you send through our email campaign feature, refer to this guide and follow the instructions mentioned there. That should solve the problem.
