Hi! How to get connected with SalesHandy Team?
At SalesHandy we make it a priority to be available for our users whenever they require. You can get connected to SalesHandy support team through 3 ways:
- Support/Chat beacon
- Email Support
Getting help through Support/Chat beacon:
- Write your Query in the search bar of the Support/Chat beacon.
- The Support/Chat beacon helps you with all the related FAQs, Blogs and other articles from our vast Knowledge Base. Scroll through the results and in case you don't get your query resolved, click on Get in touch at the bottom of your search results.
- Once you click on Get in touch, you will be connected to our support screen from where you can Email or Chat with our Support Associates. (On the top of the chat window, you can find the Ask option, which also redirects you to our support screen).
- On clicking on Email, you can send your mail to our support team and you can get your query attended within 3 hours.
- On clicking on Chat, you can chat with our support associates and get real-time one on one help with the queries you have.
* The chat option would not be visible under below cases:
- All our Support Associates are busy with handling the queries of other clients. (In this case, you will still have the option to get in touch with SalesHandy via email, visible at the Support/Chat beacon. You can send us an email by clicking there, we usually reply within 3 hours after getting your email)
- Free Plan users don't have access to chat support. They still have access to email support as mentioned in the bullet point above.
Getting help through Direct Email Support:
- You can send a mail to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for getting your support ticket raised.
